Important Transport Notice
All horse transportation services provided by Lawrence Racing Stables are subject to our Liability Waiver & Service Terms.
By scheduling or utilizing our services, the horse owner acknowledges and agrees to all terms, including payment responsibility, risk acknowledgment, and service conditions.
Horse Transportation Terms & Conditions
1. Horse Identification Requirement
Clients must provide the horse’s official registered name as recognized by the The Jockey Club or applicable registry. Accurate identification is required prior to transport.
2. Documentation Requirements
Clients are responsible for providing all required documentation, including Coggins tests and health certificates when applicable.
3. Refusal of Service & Compliance
Lawrence Racing Stables will not transport or check in any horse under false or incorrect identification. Services may be refused if proper documentation is not provided.
4. Client Responsibility for Information
All information provided must be accurate and complete. Lawrence Racing Stables is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect or withheld information.
5. Third-Party Booking & Payment Responsibility
If transportation is arranged by a trainer, agent, or third party, that individual is considered an authorized representative of the horse owner. The owner remains fully responsible for payment.
6. Transportation Risks
Horse transportation involves inherent risks including injury, illness, stress, or unforeseen events. Lawrence Racing Stables is not liable for injury, illness, loss, or death during transport.
7. Veterinary Care During Transport
If emergency veterinary care is required, Lawrence Racing Stables may authorize such care. All costs are the owner’s responsibility.
8. Scheduling & Delays
Transportation schedules are estimates only. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, pick-up delays, or safety considerations. Additional charges may apply.
9. Right to Refuse Transport
Lawrence Racing Stables reserves the right to refuse or discontinue transport if safety concerns arise, required information is not provided, or deposit is not received 48 hours prior to pick-up.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lawrence Racing Stables shall not be liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, or damage arising from transportation services.
Lawrence Racing Stables shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of use, value, or missed racing opportunities.
Any liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the transportation service.
Required Before Transport
- Horse’s official registered name
- Owner's name
- Owner's contact info
- Trainer or agent (if applicable)
- Pickup and delivery locations
- Required health documentation
- Emergency contact
- Security deposit (if requested)
Service Terms Acknowledgment

By scheduling transport, the client confirms they have reviewed and agree to all policies, including liability, payment terms, and service conditions.
